Depleted Reality
Animated short film, 2'44'', 2020

"Depleted Reality" is an experimental half-narrative, no-budget DIY video art piece that follows a girl who becomes lost in the woods while hunting the bugs in her head. Technically, it is crafted using digital cutout collage animation. Aesthetically, it presents as a visual poem reminiscent of a nightmare or psychedelic trip. Philosophically, the film delves into the subconscious and obsessive ideas that arise during a personal crisis.
